Working Group Charter

The scope of the Ecosystem Working Group ("EWG" or the "Working Group") is to establish, foster and maintain relationships and explore and develop avenues for cooperation with similar organizations, such as, in particular, without limitation:

  • Metaverse Standards Forum
  • Crypto Valley Association

Within the boundaries of its purpose, the Working Group shall:

  • Reach out to organizations relevant to its purpose;
  • Attend and participate in events organized by, in collaboration with or under the or patronage of such relevant organizations;
  • Directly engage with such organizations and/or the key parties within; maintain a view and understanding of their initiatives and activities within the areas relevant to OMA3;
  • Explore and develop avenues to cooperate with the relevant actors.

Working Group Charter

TECHNICAL

Chair: Roderick Kennedy (Simul)

The scope of the Technical Working Group (“TWG” or the “Working Group”) is to guide the creation of standards and OMA3 infrastructure, as assigned by the Board of Directors.  To reach this goal, the TWG will hold periodic meetings on technical topics and create topic Sub Groups.  Such Sub Groups will have one or more Sub Group Leads that are subject matter experts on each topic.  The TWG will house all previous projects in deprecated working groups such as the Portaling and Mapping Working Group, Technical and Infrastructure Working Group, NFT Working Group, and Asset Transfer Working Group.

The TWG shall have an unlimited duration. It shall remain in operation - in line with this charter - until dissolved by the Board.
